Hi I’m Conan Sammon
I’m 35, Originally from North London and I’m the founder & Managing Director of the multiple award winning LBC Exterior Cleaning and recently completed an acquisition of a major stake in a rope access company Avisan.
Currently heading up our team of 15 on our journey to becoming one of the best service providers the country has ever seen.
Over the last 12 years ive built the company from the ground up, from our first £2 bin clean to the 7 figure a year service business it is today that’s boasts clients including multiple Councils, housing associations and blue chip companies. From our humble roots in Harrow, we’ve now travelled the length of the country restoring beautiful iconic buildings.
When I’m not focused on leading my team and growing our business I love cycling, going to the gym and travelling the world with my beautiful wife Joanne as well as growing and running a 7 figure property portfolio with my property business partner.
Recently I Launched my consulting business where I help other ambitious service business owners who are earlier on in their journey.
Helping them to accelerate their growth and shortcut their success by learning from someone who Is been there and done it and learnt from tons of mistakes along the way.
